Ever wonder how we construct our own future? Thought leads to impulse. Impulse evolves into action. These little actions can lead to big life changes and every little thing has a purpose which serves as a catalyst for change. Everything we encounter triggers a response that forms a little impulse that drives us forward, leading you to this present moment, and with each moment there's a different purpose. The beauty of finding your purpose is that it can always be reinvented, or in this case, repurposed.
The same can be said for the everyday objects we fill our worlds with. They have a life and energy of their own, and can be used in so many different ways. I had some leftover clay and decided to repurpose it into some beads. I've never made my own beads, so this was a fun experiment for me. I decided to string them onto vegan suede and am planning on adding them into the shop. You can even add some essential oil to them, as clay retains the aroma. I feel happy when I see the finished product. It reflects all those tiny decisions I made that led me right here :) Wherever your road leads you, I hope it brings you happiness.
